MHANYS (Mental Health Association in New York State) is proud to be hosting an in-person Mental Health First Aid training in partnership with Integra HR, LLC.
Mental Health & Wellness 101 in the Workplace
Mental Health Association in New York State, Inc. (MHANYS')is offering a 1-hr free training session in partnership with Integra HR, LLC. Participants will improve their mental health literacy by increasing awareness, care, and support that the general public receives for behavioral health challenges.

Give Back & Impact: Drive Thru Donation Drop Off Destination Events
Integra HR and the Defreestville Fire Department partnered with the Rensselaer County Chamber of Commerce, Capital Region Cares, and Snelling to host three drive-thru donations drop off's to give to those in need. We are grateful to the community for helping to collect School Supplies, Non-Perishable Children Snack items, Non-Perishable items, PPE, Hygiene, and Cleaning items for our most vulnerable populations. Monetary donations to purchase items on the donation flyer were deposited in a community fund set up at CAPCOM FCU.
